These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zoorzio, a cloud-based memory and task assistant available through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, our web app, and our browser extension (together, the "Service"), operated by Nazeforge LLC, doing business as Zoorzio ("we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a channel, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. WHO CAN USE ZOORZIO

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, to use Zoorzio. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us — your name, phone number, email address, and any content you send us to remember — is accurate.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and the devices and channels linked to Zoorzio secure. Let us know right away at contact@zoorzio.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by an unauthorized user accessing your account through no fault of ours.

3. WHAT ZOORZIO DOES

Zoorzio lets you send messages, voice notes, images, and files through supported channels so that reminders, notes, lists, and other information you share are stored and can be recalled later — including through automated replies that summarize, organize, or act on what you sent. Zoorzio is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee that every reminder or automated action will be delivered or executed at the exact time or in the exact way you expect.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Zoorzio to:

• Break any applicable law or the terms of the channel (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, email provider) you're connecting;
• Send content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to others; or
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. PLANS, BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Zoorzio offers a free tier and paid plans with additional limits and features, described on our Pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. We may change our prices going forward, and we'll give you reasonable notice before a change applies to your next renewal.

6. YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of whatever you send Zoorzio to remember — messages, files, images, and notes ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, in line with our Privacy and Security Policy. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you send us, especially content involving other people.

7. THIRD-PARTY CHANNELS AND INTEGRATIONS

Zoorzio connects to third-party platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Calendar, and email providers so it can meet you where you already are. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control. If a third-party platform changes its API, restricts access, or becomes unavailable, some Zoorzio features may be temporarily or permanently affected, and we'll do our best to let you know.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Zoorzio, our logo, mascot, and the design, software, and branding behind the Service belong to Nazeforge LLC and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you — you get a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, and nothing more. Zoorzio is an independently developed product: its software, code, and design are created and owned by Nazeforge LLC.

If you believe something on Zoorzio infringes your copyright, see our Copyright Policy for how to send a notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. TERMINATION

You may stop using Zoorzio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — like ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep reminders accurate and messages flowing, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated replies will always be correct — you're responsible for double-checking anything time-sensitive or important.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoorzio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including a missed reminder or a message that wasn't delivered on time. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. FREE TRIALS

Some paid plans start with a free trial (currently 7 days). You add a payment card to start it and nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged the plan price shown at checkout, then again every billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Profile > Membership & account, and a free trial is available once per person.

13. MESSAGES TO OTHER PEOPLE

If you ask Zoorzio to remind, invite, or message someone else, you confirm that you know that person and that they would expect to hear from you. Zoorzio says who the message is from, and the recipient can reply STOP at any time to receive nothing further. You may not use this feature for marketing, harassment, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you. We may limit, pause, or block it to prevent misuse.

14. AI FEATURES

Zoorzio uses trusted third-party AI providers to understand your messages and prepare replies. They process Your Content only to provide the Service to you, and Your Content is never used to train AI models. AI-generated replies, summaries, and actions can be wrong or incomplete, so please check anything important before relying on it.

15. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless Nazeforge LLC and its members, employees, and partners from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.

16. RESOLVING DISPUTES

If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@zoorzio.com. Before starting any formal claim, you and we agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days after one side sends the other a written description of the issue. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as Zoorzio evolves. If we make a material change, we'll notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zoorzio after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
