COPYRIGHT POLICY

Zoorzio respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how Nazeforge LLC, which operates Zoorzio, responds to claims of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

1. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

If you believe content on Zoorzio (for example a shared board, a shared memory, an uploaded image or file, or a profile picture) infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it is, with enough detail for us to find it (for example a share link, or a screenshot showing it).
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. DESIGNATED COPYRIGHT AGENT

Copyright Agent, Nazeforge LLC
Email: copyright@zoorzio.com
Postal address: available on request at the email above.

Notices that do not include the information above may not be acted on. Please send only copyright notices to this address; for anything else, write to contact@zoorzio.com.

3. WHAT WE DO

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, tell the user who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice (with your personal contact details removed where the law allows).

4. COUNTER-NOTICE

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Nazeforge LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward valid counter-notices to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

5. REPEAT INFRINGERS

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. An account that is the subject of three or more valid notices that have not been successfully countered will normally be closed.

6. MISREPRESENTATION

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, please consider speaking to a lawyer first.
